WHO WE ARE
C5 Crisis Management (C5CM) is an Australian company specialising in security and emergency project management. Since 2015 we have been providing government and corporate clients support in developing the complete suite of physical, personnel and information security solutions in largescale projects domestically and internationally.
From developing Emergency Management, Crisis Management, Security Risk Management Plans, organising Emergency Management Teams and infrastructure through to Emergency and Security Training at all levels, C5CM provides the support needed by managers to meet the challenges that largescale security, safety and emergency incidents represent.
STORY
C5 Crisis Management was commenced in 2015, with a view to providing organisations an end-to-end solution in security project management both within Australia and internationally.
Since this time, and through involvement in numerous government and Non-Government Organisation (NGO) projects, C5 has developed and managed emergency management policy and procedure development, planning, and the design and implementation of Emergency Control Organisations (ECO).
During this period, the C5 team has played an integral role in supporting management teams to prepare for and respond to major emergencies such as mass evacuations, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, mass casualty events, and complex security and safety incidents involving serious injury or death. Additional areas of expertise include travel emergencies, hostage situations, armed conflict, and medical mass casualty events.
Through this experience, C5 recognised the critical importance of supporting both management and staff with best practice training that is tailored, scenario-based, and practical in its application. Importantly, all training is built on national and international best practice standards.
C5’s training programs draw on the deep emergency management knowledge and operational experience of its team, which includes former members of Australian and international federal emergency, law enforcement, and military organisations with extensive backgrounds in incident management and response at both national and international levels.
C5 TEAM
The C5 Crisis Management Team possess unparalleled knowledge, skills and experience in managing and responding to emergencies.
Utilising, this experience we have designed courses for management and staff that provide a framework from which to minimise the consequences of emergencies on organisations people, information, processes and critical assets.
