CASE STUDY
C5CM was engaged to develop and manage the complete security/emergency response for a client with over 50 staff in various locations internationally.
This required the development of the complete suite of security and emergency plans, setup of emergency control centres, training of staff, engagement of local law enforcement and intelligence agencies and procurement of life support supply chain providers.
C5 was engaged to design, implement and train government management and staff in emergency management, incident response and investigations. This included building and managing ECO, IMT, CMT emergency management rooms, developing all supporting policies and procedures and training over 1000 personnel for a project covering Middle East, Asia, Pacific.
